I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek assistance with an issue I am currently experiencing with my LinkedIn account.

When I recently opened my LinkedIn app, I discovered that I was logged out from both my mobile device and computer.

Upon attempting to log back into my account, I received a message stating that "My account is temporarily disabled." I proceeded to complete the user verification request, but unfortunately, no action has been taken since then.

As a final year undergraduate student actively seeking internship opportunities, access to my LinkedIn account is crucial for my career development. The inability to log in has hindered my efforts to connect with potential employers and explore internship options.

I kindly request your prompt assistance in resolving this matter.

I STAND BOLDLY TO TELL THE TRUTH

Let me get this off my chest For people to defend the actions of someone who discriminates against qualified employees with known disabilities is pathetic and disgusting to me.

This post is about broken federal laws - Violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Although discrimination in the workplace has been illegal for nearly 60 years, it is still happening at FedEx Corporation. The only way to stop it is to speak up. Nothing surprises me about the character of the fearless leaders at FedEx anymore.

At FedEx, those that are in leadership positions should play a major role in the companys reputation. As a former 26-year FedEx HR Executive Assistant, with only positive annual performance evaluations and no disciplinaries, the discrimination that I suffered never should have been tolerated.

I did not voluntarily resign or willfully retire from FedEx. I was unlawfully terminated.

After I disclosed my breast cancer diagnosis to Karen Galambos, Staff VP of HR, FedEx had a fiduciary duty to engage in the mandatory interactive process to determine the existence and feasibility of a reasonable accommodation. FedExs willful disregard for federal laws and regulations made my entire ADA process rather stressful and infuriating. It was pure torture.

No one should be humiliated and have to fight for their job while they are courageously fighting for their life.

I filed two internal complaints. FedEx should have enforced the employment laws against discrimination and simply solved this matter internally before tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars were spent on litigation. Rather than train its managers, FedEx rather vilify and drag a qualified employee with breast cancer disability through the judicial system. FedEx did not engage in good-faith efforts to comply with the federal anti-discrimination law despite the existence of a legally written anti-discrimination policy.

Because FedEx has money, they get to have our political system and laws work to their advantage most of the time.

FedEx has proved to me that there is nothing that money cant buy. FedEx has walked me like a dog for over six years in the judicial system. FedEx would rather retaliate and terminate a loyal and dedicated employee than train its managers in employment law; train them to understand the anti-discrimination laws.

FedEx has its own competent HR and Legal departments and should have been proactive and prevented these discriminatory acts from happening in the first place; focusing on the protection of your employees and investing in tools that empower your team to maintain a culture of respect.

FedEx showed no integrity or respect during my suffering and has been indifferent to the ADA laws. Breast Cancer does not discriminate but FedEx does.
