I wanted to open a company page. For this I needed to create account.

I created the account with the page name then I opened the page. Now I can not login because I am getting "Access to your account has been temporarily restricted". I committed my government issued ID card 3 days ago but still can not reach my account.

If you need me to change the account name according to my identity card so be it - even though I only want to create a company page, I do now wish to share my personal info.

If you are blocking me then my problem is I can not create the company with another account since it is already created with the so called blocked account.

Then please delete the company account too so that I can create it from scratch. How am I suppose to continue now?

I bought LinkedIn premium and right now you are wasting my time.

Can someone please help me. I have a simple account and I suddenly find that I signing into my LinkedIn.com account/profile, asks me for a phone number!!

A number I NEVER provided them. And there appears to be no work around in that I have no other way to sign in.

Then, I tried changing my password thinking that may work, but NO!!! Now it wants my *** birth certificate or driver's license! Just to verify me, as if my email and username and password are not enough.

I'm in the digital media and marketing business...I don't want them to know anymore about me - especially being a single friend white 20 something year old female - than necessary!

What are my options?!?! Can I ever sign into my account again?

I received a message stating you guys think I'm using automated software to select the (follow) button to grow my network which is incorrect. You have now restricted my account for a day which is ridiculous when I am the one who is taking my time to select the following button so I can grow my network.

I'm in Cyber Security and you guys literally are making a mistake. You need to unrestrict my account or I will be taking legal actions. You have software that detects if I was using any automation software in which it is not my responsibility for your mis judgement. I don't appreciate this.

I feel this is absolutely deformation of my character and this is interfering with my business. This is putting a negative impact on my reputation therefore who ever is in charge they need to remedy this situation immediately or I will be contacting my lawyer.

There were no ERRORS in my transactions. I have bank statements to prove the transactions were paid to LinkedIn on several occasions.

I went through your refund process and your website didn't allow me to submit my refunds. It was greyed out.

I sent an email about the error I got, and they responded with an ill Grammer'd email and false information.

Here is what happened:

I gave them everything, passport, and even a bill with my mortgage company to prove who I was.

I opened my account when in PA, the program wouldn't let me enter my city, it would only let me enter the PA city where I was visiting. Then, when i got home, I tried to correct the city, but the program wouldn't let me, it kept me in PA.

It wouldn't let me change to my ohio address.

When they restricted my account, they said it was suspicious activity, I tried to reach out to LI support, you can't talk to support until you can sign in. SO, I created another account so that I could talk to someone on sales navigator. The sales navigator sales person gave me a link, I answered all the questions. I tried to delete the new account, but it wouldn't let me.

So I sent them an explanation, which included everything. They then permanently banned me for misrepresenting myself. My LI wasn't just a shell, I blogged, and reached out and commented. I used no automatic programs.

I did work hard and I think that I might have looked at too many profiles, I dont know. If you can help me get my account back, I would be very grateful.

The bottom line is this: I couldnt change my city from PA to Ohio. The program doesnt allow it. I think the program knows where you are signing in from.

I couldnt delete the account that I created to try to get online to get help. If you cannot sign in, there is no help. I have investigated legal action, let me know if there are any suits against them that I can join:

I want my data back, my videos, my connections. I am disgusted by all of this.

I paid for sales navigator, I am a real woman with a real business. If you want to buy something from LI, there is plenty of help. After you pay, nothing. Now, when people go on line to see me, there is nothing.

This is the second time that this has happened to me, the first time, I had 30000 connections and had been on for years.

I was a recruiter, and used a marketing company to handle LI outreach, of course, they restricted my first account permanently for doing this.

With this account, I didnt use marketing, I didnt use a program, I did everything myself. I worked very hard to connect, blog, etc.

Heres another thing: They rate you with a social marketing rating. The rating congratulates you for increasing your percentage, I think I was up to a 50. They encourage you to buy navigator,.

Reach out and rate your efforts, then shut me down.

I talked to someone who was in the sales navigator sales help who gave me this link to fill out the form. All I wanted to do is be able to get help. I am so sad, I pay for sales navigator. Maybe I looked at too many people?

Maybe I tried to connect with too many people? I don't know.

I think that trying to open up a new account to get help may have destroyed me. I didn't mean to do anything wrong. All I wanted to do is get the LI support team.

I do not have programs that automatically send anything. I have been working hard to find clients. For some reason you thought that I was sending with a program, I wasn't. I was searching for the right people to contact.

I search for companies that are downsizing in the bio tech and healthcare sector, then I reached out, I guess I used the program too much.

So, I supplied my ID, and then I tried to get in again.

You wanted a phone number to verify, so I gave you my phone number: 941-225-****. It is my company line. I use ring central. I didn't get a text from you, so I asked you to call.

You called, but I couldn't pick up in time. I did that 3 times. Then locked out again. I can't answer the phone quickly, I have arthritis in my hands.

I am a 68 year old disabled woman who is in the business of helping execs find new jobs.

I use sales navigator to find those people.

I don't know why you didn't text me at the ring central number. I don't know why I couldn't pick up your phone call in time.

Please help me. I need this account. I have the LI link on my e-mail, etc.

and now people are going there and getting a nothing, no me.

Please help me. I didn't use anything automatic. I worked hard myself. I have to support myself.

It was shocking that this happened.

So, I tried to delete the account that I opened just to see if I could get help, and it won't let me. I needed help and tried to sign in with another account, I didn't post anything, connect, or do anything.

Please help me get my account back. I will elminate that other account, and do anything that you want, I won't try to connect with another person. This is hurting me, and I don't know what to do or where to turn, Please help.

I opened the account in King of Prussia PA, your program wouldn't let me use my address in ohio, it automatically put pa in. So, because I travel back and forth, I didn't change it. I am in Lima, OH most of the time when I use the computer. My business is remote.

I tried to change the PA address when I was in LIMA, and your program wouldn't let me. I pretty much forgot about it.

Also, I have tried to fill this out three times, I can't get it to you for some reason.
