They don't respond to this company, yet I can't get in my account to use their help they are letting someone else use my email and you can't contact them directly!

Someone else is using my email address. I'm in the PI business and I go by Lilly Acres.

I never even got to use it, not even once. Yet, you allow someone to call themselves *** dumpster, like that's a real business. They allow others to steal others' IDs, and you block the real people. I've never ever used my email address on their site ever!

I'll just investigate LinkedIn and send them over to the FBI so they can go through every account they have! How many accounts have they allowed hackers to take over? Did you ask the person that's using my email address to verify themselves?

I know someone is using my identity on their site because in my phone data there have been Zoom calls. Go after the hackers!

Someone obtained your info and hacked your account. LinkedIn did not “let” them.

Do you think the hacker asked permission?

Now it is your LinkedIn account. If they have more of your info, your bank account, Amazon or social media accounts may be next.

I was prompted to verify my identity over a month ago. I did and was verified.

I was prompted again a week ago; I tried, and it failed. Now I am locked out with no resolution. I have attempted to reach out to LinkedIn on multiple platforms, and with no success. Their customer support is *** No response, no follow-up, nothing.

I've wasted numerous hours building this profile and contacts just to have it gone... No reason, no support, nothing.

My account on LI was blocked due to some IP problem they detected, so they asked me to submit proof I'm me. I used their (abysmal) verification system, 'Persona,' and submitted my driver's license.

LinkedIn support then told me that's not enough, so I needed to submit another form of ID, so I submitted (again with Persona) my passport. They then said that neither of those was enough and that they didn't have access to the files I submitted, and I needed to submit a notarized letter next, so I downloaded the form and had it notarized. Then, I emailed the support email that they had given, but they closed the ticket, so LI's automated system just responds that no one there will read the messages and I have to log in to make a support ticket. But I can't log in because those fools have blocked my account.

So I tried verifying with Persona again, but it says that I already submitted my documents (the same documents LI support says they never got), so I can't submit them again. As a result, I have no way to contact LI, no way to access my account, have spent a bunch of time running in circles, and trying to conduct my business in the face of what was supposed to be a site meant to help entrepreneurs advance their businesses.

If anyone posts on here they know someone who can help you, do not contact their person. There are people posting scams on here with the endgame of gaining your personal details, control of your accounts and demanding you cashapp them money.

My account was active before 7th April, and suddenly I started facing issues with logging in. I'm unable to log in to my LinkedIn account.

Before that, I got an email that someone tried to log in from a nearby location, and they asked me to change my password.

Then I changed it, and after 3-4 days, I just can't log in. I have a valid screenshot of the active account, which is attached below.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. My LinkedIn account was blocked, and I couldn't find customer service. Only with your assistance was I able to reach customer service and resolve the problem.

I tried to log into my account, but it's been blocked. I tried to recover it, and there was an option to upload my ID to prove I'm the account owner, but for some reason, it didn't take me to the next step.

Now, when I try again, it says I've already done it, but nothing happens, and there's no response from customer service.

I checked the help center, but there's no option or way to get help for a blocked account. I decided to open a new account with the same email, but the system says the email is already in use.

To delete a LinkedIn account, you should log into your account, go to Settings & Privacy - Account management, and click Change. Once you check the reason for closing your account, you will need to enter your account password and click Close account. You should be able to reopen your account if it's been closed in less than 14 days.

To add your resume to your profile, you should log into your account, click on the pencil edit icon in the About section, click the Upload button in the Media section, select your resume file, add a title and description, and save the changes. You can upload a file in .pdf, .doc, .docx, .rtf, .odt, and .txt formats.

To block someone on LinkedIn, you should go to the profile of the person you'd like to block, click the More button, select Report/Block from the list, and click Block. A user can be notified about your block. It is possible to block up to 1400 members on LinkedIn.

To cancel a premium subscription, you should log into your account, click the Me icon, select Access My Premium, click the Manage Premium account button, and click Cancel subscription. To complete the cancellation, you should follow the instructions provided. When canceling your premium subscription, all premium features will expire at the end of your billing cycle.
