The Linkedin supposed "AI" and other automated systems do NOT WORK - Almost all their fake customer service and fake tech support - are in India and all the problems Linkedin systems cause are ignored - Linkedin has a completely monopoly in the employement/network industry - and has millions of account holders are being coerced into uploading drivers license information and other information that are dangerous to give to strangers especially online - apparently there was a lawsuit against in which over 700 million account holders were injured by Linkedin

Not refunding per company policy

More than a week ago, I noticed a $108.99 credit card charge for a Premium Company page. I had no idea I had even signed up for this service.

It probably happened when I was trying to add a month of Premium service. Once I saw the charge, I went to the LinkedIn website to cancel the service. I eventually found a refund page, but could not answer some of the questions listed on the form as they were not applicable. I completed a customer service form and inserted my request for a refund.

I received notification that my case was being transferred to a different team, presumably one related to Premium Company issues. That was more than a week ago, and I have heard nothing about what should be a routine matter.

Per LinkedIn policy, I can request a refund within seven days of a charge, provided I have not used the service. I have met that requirement and want a refund.

“Very poor customer service”. YOU made an error, had buyer’s remorse then post here claiming you had no idea you signed up.

Then you explain how this happened. The seven day notice was the timeframe to initiate cancellation. In that “more than a week ago” request that wasn’t even on their form was two weekend days and a holiday. So they have to read your request, process your refund and then 3-5 business days after to hit your account.

Yet you rate them 1-star for your incompetence and want help? Noise.

I had the same issue on my Linkedin account recently, luckily i got it resolved. I saw people here recommending this man service that he has always be the one who helps people with their social medias and banking apps accounts, so i decided to message him and he did a great job on my Linkedin account.

Unless necessary for employment avoid Linkedin at all costs. They keep old accounts captive to push up their supposed users and you will never truly get off Linkedin which puts you at risk for ID theft.
