I use Sales navigator (LinkedIn Premium) heavily for my job - It costs nearly 80£ a month - I have been locked out for 8 days now - I cannot stress how much of an impact this has had on my work.
To add insult to injury - there has been no update on my case for 5 days and I'm now worried that they will charge me again upon the end of the month as there is no way to enter the account to cancel the subscription.
Word to all - LinkedIn support simply doesn't exist - no phone number and no contact email unless you have an open ticket from an existing (and accessible) account with them, and even then they never respond.
Honestly, I'm shocked that a website that is specifically built around business is so unprofessional.
User's recommendation: Use it sparingly and what ever you do, don't give them any money.
Monetary Loss: $80.
Preferred solution: Apology.
LinkedIn Pros: Access to many working professionals.
LinkedIn Cons: Appalling customer support.
