LinkedIn Customer Service Is Awful

They have no phone number to actually talk to someone, so the only contact method is through email. They say they're busy and replies might take a while, but it's been over a week now.

No email apologizing for the delay and that they'll get to me soon, nothing. Complete silence. They perma-blocked my main LinkedIn account for no reason after I sent them my driver's license as ID, after starting up a new account they temporarily blocked that one too!

I sent them my passport as ID this time and there has been nothing back. Useless, lazy, terrible customer service for such an integrally important website for my business.

Preferred solution: Apology.

LinkedIn Pros: Great website to network, Brilliant to gain new knowledge, Excellent to acquire new opportunities.

LinkedIn Cons: Customer service is appalling, Temporarily lock your account for no reason, Never explain why they temporarily lock your account, Perma-block your account after sending valid id.

Could you please let me know how to cancel Linkedin Premium every month it's getting billed deduction from my Credit Card though i cancelled the subscription i searched in Internet did google but couldn't find Email address of Linkedin Support as such putting the comments overhere. If any one is aware of email can reply Thanks, Vj
