LinkedIn warns that it has no affiliation with websites that claim to provide a customer care number for a fee. To contact the company`s support, their help center advises submitting a support case. You can also access LinkedIn customer care help online at the help center.

There is no LinkedIn customer service email to write directly to. However, if you submit a support case via the help center page, you will receive an automated email confirming your ticket receipt. Ensure that the email address linked to your account is receiving the customer service emails.

The help center is the first line of the LinkedIn customer service department. It gives a lot of useful and troubleshooting information. Also, you might find answers to your issues or concerns on the FAQs center.

If you don’t find answers to your issue, submit a support case on LinkedIn website via the app.

The LinkedIn support team is highly responsive on their Twitter page (@LinkedInHelp). Some members post their feedback or questions directly on the company’s feed. Others opt to message directly. You can do either, but it is advisable to contact directly for issues that require you to provide your personal information.

The best way to contact LinkedIn customer service is via the help center. You can find answers to the most common questions, submit a case to the company`s support, or chat with a representative if you are a premium member. You could also contact them via their Twitter help page or join a LinkedIn help forum on Quora or Reddit.

The LinkedIn customer service number is (650) 687-3600. This contact number is designated for users needing assistance with any services or inquiries about their accounts. When you call this contact number, it's advisable to have your account information readily available to facilitate a smooth support experience.

The response time when calling the LinkedIn phone number can vary based on the volume of calls received and the complexity of the issues being addressed. The customer service operates during business hours, typically aligned with Pacific Time Zone (PT) working hours, as headquarters are in California.

The company offers a live chat feature for premium members who need immediate assistance. To access the LinkedIn live chat, follow these steps:
1. Ensure you are logged in to your LinkedIn Premium account.
2. Visit the LinkedIn Help Center.
3. Look for the "Contact Us" option, which should appear at the bottom of the Help Center page.
4. Click on "Start Chat" or a similar prompt to begin a chat with a LinkedIn representative.

It is important to note that the availability of the LinkedIn support chat may vary based on the region and the specific service tier of your premium membership.

Earlier this year I decided I wanted to update my LinkedIn profile. I hadn't been on LinkedIn in a while.

I tried signing in, but I had forgotten the password. No problem, I just needed to reset it and make a new one. When I reset my password, it still wouldn't let me in, and I needed to do an ID verification. Ok fine, I did the ID verification twice, which took them forever, and I still got rejected both times even after using my passport as one of the IDs.

And the worst part about this is that they have absolutely zero customer service. No hotline, *** FAQs, and the only way I can access their chatbot is by having an account.

They also have a ticket complaint system, which also requires a *** account. Now I lose all my old connections because linkedins *** ID verification system

I have had a horrible experience with LinkedIn, and after reading several other reviews I see that I am not alone. I have never had such a poor experience from a company with such a serious lack of customer service.

There is no phone number, email address, online contact form or chat or any way to contact them. You have to find some round-about way to contact them if you have an issue. In my case I messaged their account on Facebook and thankfully someone responded and started a case ticket for me. What kind of a company provides no avenue to contact them?

In addition, I was a paying premium member. You would think a paying customer would at least get some sort of customer service, but not with LinkedIn. I joined LinkedIn in August 2025 and completed the Persona identity verification process at that time. I was actively using LinkedIn as Premium member to find another job as I was laid off from my previous job in August.

In October 2025 I could not log into my account and received a message that my account had been restricted. I didn't know why and also could not find any way to contact them as previously mentioned. When I finally found a contact on Facebook and received a case ticket, I eventually received an email telling me that I need to verify my identity. I tried the link in the email he sent to do so, but it led to a page that said Link no longer valid.

I responded to the non-customer service rep and asked why I needed to verify my identity again when I had just done that in August. I asked why my account had been restricted. He replied with no answers to my questions, but just re-sent the same link to verify my identity. I tried again with the same invalid link message, and this happened 3 times.

The lack of answers to my questions about why this was even happening along with an invalid link 3 times demonstrates a complete lack of competency with LinkedIn customer service. I eventually found a valid link on my own to submit the identity verification through Persona, but since I had already done that 2 months prior I received a message saying that I already submitted that and couldn't do it again. I tried to explain that to the useless customer service rep, but as with all of his other responses, he had no response other than to keep sending me the same invalid link. At one point he suggested I try to validate my identity by submitting a notarized affidavit.

So I spent $25 having the form notarized and sent it back to him. A few days later I received a response that said: "Unfortunately, due to the lack of legitimate identification, we are unable to fulfill your request. Your appeal has been denied. Regards, Eddy LinkedIn Trust and Consumer Support Consultant".

And at this point there doesn't seem to be anything further that I can do to try to resolve this.

They provide no real answers as to why this is even happening, and no real customer service. This is so unacceptable.

Noticed billing in the month of October 2025. Asked to resolve Billing error.

Maybe the worst customer service I've experienced in my life. The automated systems dont go anywhere. There is no interaction in anyway. I have been locked out of my account for weeks no. Response.. No solution. Just a company telling me that i dont matter in any way. Just send my calls to an old answering machine in a closet somewhere and dont give two craps about your business. Great job doing absolutely nothing.

My overall experience was disappointing because money was taken from my account even after I cancelled before the expiration of the free trial. Now I am being told it will take up to 7-10 business days before I can get my money back, so my overall experience has been traumatic.
My trust in LinkedIn is no longer.
