I have been having SERIOUS log in issues with zero help from the company even after I tried calling and emailing, I got NOTHING.

Account access and duplicate account for premium service

Call for customer service is not working properly either way I paid for the premium service last year and I had different contact information and my account is not located in the system for what reason so I made a new profile with LinkedIn and my account is blocked because the automated system that authenticated my identity doesn't even exist for I been doing work on this particular site all week and all of a sudden it can't verify my identity maybe cause you don't have any idea who else accessed my personal business accounts that are registered for job posts and recruiting job seekers

Got a recording that said 4085 then it hung up. Ive never had a LinkedIn account and the site wont let me make one.

Said my email was already attached to an account, so I tried to reclaim it. Even did the photo ID thing. Got an email saying I didnt follow community guidelines and my account was banned. But Ive never even had an account!

Im locked out of an account that doesnt exist thats attached to my email and I cant even get through to support without an account. They want you to pay for premium for customer support.

And now their service numbers arent working! Likedin is terrible!

Hi, I am writing to report an issue regarding the restriction of three accounts belonging to Collins Mikaye. The user has reached out to customer support for assistance and was directed to upload credentials via a provided link.

However, the user faced difficulties with this process because the ID image they attempted to upload was too dark and could not be scanned for facial recognition. As a result, the user is requesting a reset password to regain access to their accounts. This issue is urgent as the user's business operations are currently stalled due to the restrictions on these accounts, and they have not received adequate support or guidance from LinkedIn customer service. It would be greatly appreciated if LinkedIn could look into this matter and provide a solution that enables the user to verify their identity and regain access to their accounts swiftly.

Nobody answered the phone. It’s an automatic service only given the address. And I am locked out of my LinkedIn app. I need to get a verification code sent to my email address and it will not send the email with the verification code.

My overall experience was disappointing because money was taken from my account even after I cancelled before the expiration of the free trial. Now I am being told it will take up to 7-10 business days before I can get my money back, so my overall experience has been traumatic.
