The call never went through! I am writing to express my frustration with the LinkedIn phone customer service.

On July 30th, 2024, I attempted to initiate a call with your customer service team. I entered all the required information as prompted, but the call was never executed. I waited for a significant amount of time without any response or follow-up.
As a user who relies on LinkedIn for professional networking and business opportunities, I expect a certain level of support and responsiveness. The lack of proper customer service in this instance has been disappointing and inconvenient.
I kindly request that this issue be addressed promptly and that I be informed of the necessary steps to resolve my concerns.

Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could look into improving the customer service experience for future interactions.

We have a problem which is that Linkedin blocked the access to our professionnal account linkedin, we need so bad our account because we hire people from there, we submitted an offer mentionning the nationality of the people we are hiring we did not know that it is forbidden so they restricted our account without any warning,
We would like to have a second chance because we did not know,
