Recover or delete my account
Dear support,
Since I found no other option where to address my situation, I used this site and form for my little issue. Thank you in advance for forwarding this message.
I changed my phone back in summer and have since then no access to my own account.
Everytime I go through the email verification, receiving and passing the correct code, I am being forced to provide more data like my personal id.
Please do me the favor and let me proceed having my old business account, without the necessity to provide any further personal data.
I think redoing 20 times the email verification and receiving this message is in itself a verification enough.
There seem to be other ways to recover my account, but none of it works out for me.
-Through an Affidavit of Identity.
-Through a work email address. (don't work there anymore)

I could not find a phone number that was working, so I used email. I canceled my page due to retirement, but I keep getting charged.
I need help getting the issue resolved.
I am still awaiting assistance in the matter. If anyone has experienced this problem before please share how to resolve and communicate with LinkedIn.
Need Billing cancelled. The account is not being used.
I cancelled the account approximately one year ago.
Noticed billing in the month of October 2025. Asked to resolve Billing error.

My account has been restricted due to being unable to upload a photo and to verify my identity due to a name change. Tamika Underwood and Howard is my married name. I can upload supporting documentation (marriage license) regarding my last name, but it's not on my driver's license.

I have not received a call from LinkedIn customer service. Still waiting for assistance to regain access to previous LinkedIn account.
Biggest frustration is when the automated prompts can't assist, and there is no one seemingly to speak with. I'm sure there is an acceptable response or solution to resolve this issue.
I've done the personsa verify several times and after I'm verified it still does not allow me to sign in. Several people have reached out to me regarding job opportunities, however Im unable to respond with a login.Frustrated customerFelita Robinson678 521-****
I called customer service and was assisted. Rep shared with me my old contacts with my personal Linkedin acct would still be available should I ever want to return to my personal account.
I no longer work for Immocure and I'm trying to regain access to my personal Linkedin accounts. I have followed all protocol for signing in with forgot password, forgot email, persona verification etc. I completed the verification process serveral times to no avail.
If I could speak with a live agent Im certain I can rectify the issue.
Speaking with a live agent is no longer an option, and there were no automated prompts to assist me. This made my experience very frustrating.

Hope and pray that somebody doesn’t want your information bad enough to bribe the company that stores all of you personal information.I lost all my contacts and order to get back online I had to create an entirely new account and start over
I was kicked out of my LinkedIn account by a hacker, and LinkedIn won't let me back into my account. I have sent my ID to verify my identity, and they keep stating I'm not passing the ID verification process. They won't let me back into my account, yet the hackers have full access to my account.

-I have caught Linkedin employees abusing my account and lying many times.
- This started when I was harassed by linkedin employees or Linkedin automated system followed up by Linkedin employees in Oct 2023 when I simply tried to update my email address to my new email address XXXX@***.com.
- LINKEDIN HAS BEEN SENDING ME ALL MY LINKEDIN NOTIFICATIONS TO MY CORRECT MY EMAIL ADDRESS XXXX@***.com SINCE APPROXIMATELY MAY 2023 UP TO MAY 2025 WHEN AGAIN LINKED EMPLOYEES AGAIN STARTED ABUSING ME AND HARASSING ME.

-There is no LEGITIMATE REASON reason I should have to supply government issued documents of which people - the very same LINKEDIN EMPLOYEES that have caused nothing but distress and harassment to me can then use and abuse and misuse the same and worse as what LINKEDIN EMPLOYEES are doing to me personally right now.
-I have tried to reset the account password to solve this situation
-It gives me some small "puzzle" then says it's sending me a code but the code never comes. One of the linkedin employees wrote me and said you or your automated system put back OR NEVER CORRECTLY CHANGED FROM my old email address @***.com Which I was told that apparently the "code" I get after I "successfully" complete the "puzzle" sends the code to THE WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS.
-Please stop this insanity and put back my password that was changed by an automated system or linkedin employee without my knowledge or consent.
- This is a copy of the "change of password" that was done to my account by Linkedin automated system or a linkedin employee

I asked for a call with a representative from LinkedIn because I need to talk to somebody about disconnecting my account from my former company so that they cannot access my information any longer. When I finally got to a place where I could request the call, nobody answered the call. Then I was disconnected.

I DEMAND A REFUND, IMMEDIATELY. I'll go onto YELP, GOOGLE, and EVERY OTHER SITE to let them know exactly what happened to me.If customers have no way to contact you and you keep ignoring your customers but always find a way to keep charging them without them being able to cancel, then the fraud continues.
WHY DIDN'T YOU POST A 7 day notice that my free month was coming to an end? Why did you ignore me on so many occasions? Why don't you have a phone number so problems can be sorted out? I can't afford to just *** away money for no good reason.
My credit card company is issuing a credit to me. I'd suggest you not fight it or I'll go on every review site and post facts about how corrupt you are in regards to how you handled me as a customer. Did you see you had almost 14000 complaints? Does that mean anything to you?

Tried 25 times to change old email to new one, but it did not work, ever.
3. Contacted LinkedIn more than 20 times to help me resolve issues, but got ignored.
4. Total breach of contract.
5. Took premium free for one month.
Did not get a full month due to all the errors and issues on their site.
6. Contacted them on how to cancel premium, but nobody ever contacted me back.
7. Offered me half price, meaning half of their $53.00 price for a 2-month period if I continued, but breached that contract as well. They went ahead and billed my credit card against my wishes.

Never got any help at all with these issues.
9. They obviously knew that they had lied. I never got a 7-day notice that free premium was coming to an end. That was a written promise.
They did this intentionally so they could charge me the full price.
10. All I ever got were false ads. Half of my postings disappeared.
11. They are clever; once you go on premium, you'll never find the chat button, nor will you be able to contact them, nor find a way to cancel the subscription.
Believe me, I've tried. The only way to do it is to call credit card company to reverse the charge and then change your credit card number!
12. Absolutely no way to contact them. No phone, no real person to talk with, only AI.

They should begin the process of finding out who it is! I hope the information is gave to FTC, there is someone using my information on their platform!
They don't respond to this company, yet I can't get in my account to use their help they are letting someone else use my email and you can't contact them directly!
I never even got to use it, not even once. Yet, you allow someone to call themselves *** dumpster, like that's a real business. They allow others to steal others' IDs, and you block the real people. I've never ever used my email address on their site ever!
I'll just investigate LinkedIn and send them over to the FBI so they can go through every account they have! How many accounts have they allowed hackers to take over? Did you ask the person that's using my email address to verify themselves?
I know someone is using my identity on their site because in my phone data there have been Zoom calls. Go after the hackers!
