A couple of weeks ago, I noticed an email with my name changed from Patricia to Patrick, and my profile picture was also changed. I went in to correct it, but it is sending a verification number ending in 77, which is incorrect.

I've had my account for years and my number has never changed. My number ends in 5062.

Please contact me via a call to correct this matter immediately. Thank you.

Kindly, i want to remove restriction from my account as i use it for my Company and this is very impotent. Iam just a new employee didn't know how LinkedIn works, didn't know that i must make personal account and make from it a company page.

Please i want to account back and i promise to solve this issue ASAP. Thank you

You can't get hold of LinkedIn unless you're a premium user. If their workflow does not function (e.g., codes don't get to your nominated inbox), it's a showstopper - you're on your own.

I've wasted far too much time trying to do something as simple as changing an email address.

I've been Google searching for far too long to try and find some way of contacting them - all of which want to send you a code that doesn't get sent. Useless.

I have already submitted request for the verification of identity, but my picture is blur, now my LinkedIn ID is temporarily restricted.

Someone has stolen my details on linkedin, as result I cannot access my account to either close it or to change my password - I have gone through the identity and now it's sending me another code on the authenticator app, which I don't have as I use my linkedin account via the web/desktop

I have a two-step verification on my account, but I don't receive codes. I cannot tell why that happens

I got a new computer and lost all of my auto access passwords. I have been trying to to get onto my account for Mainstay Marketing, Inc.

Once I get there, it keeps looping back to the verification and doe snot allow me to change my password or access my account. I would like a live person to please contact me and walk me through the process of resetting my account, or reset and clear my account and send me a link to update my password so that I can access.

I had a very bad experience with you guys. During my login, I was asked to verify my email, which I did. I was later asked to verify my phone number, but I haven't received the code from you till now. The customer service is very poor.

I just signed up for your account and I was restricted and suspended so Id like to cancel it, but Im not giving you my drivers license information to verify my account before I login
