You need to reconsider your decision because I think my account has been restricted due to my accessing my account from another country, or because my profile photo is not clearly visible. Thank you. Additionally, I have already completed identity verification.

I opened my app and I noticed that it had logged out. Then I tried to log in, but it was showing that my account was restricted.

Impossible process
I have spent countless hours starting two months ago to update my emails since I no longer have access to either of the emails in my profile.
The link to upload my ID so I can prove my identity to allow me to update my email has not been sent even though the "support" desk has insisted they have sent the link; looking back on our interactions (case 241217-****07), it looks like they sent my the link 2 months ago but this link has expired. The service to ADD an email does not work since it will send my an access code to the old emails I no longer have access to even though I tell the system to verify another way.
I need the link or to speak to a live person to resolve this issue.
I have never (not exaggerating) experienced this poor of customer service from a company that should have more comprehensive solutions for what should have taken one exchange two months ago. I am a premium customer and have received less then sub-par service.
User's recommendation: You can expect to have linked-in expeditiously charge their excessive yearly fee right on-time but don’t expect any customer service even after numerous attempts.

Good Morning,
I cannot log into my account and do not have access to my old email.
I followed all the steps yesterday. An email was sent asking for assistance. It stated that a confirmation code would be sent to my Yahoo email, but one is yet to be received.
Kindly assist. I need to access LinkedIn via my Yahoo email.

If your account gets glitched and you cannot login, expect 0 help. Even then, help is a service, so don't expect any useful responses within a couple business days unless you give them money. Immensely disappointing business model.
No phone number available and they need you to login to contact them, which I cannot do, that's my problem. iPhone Passwords changed it but did not save it so I have to use a deactivated email (can't do) to login in order to switch the email, which is a catch-22. Apple's password glitched me, but LinkedIn is not providing a solution.
